Who can resist an ice cream cone on their birthday? Especially one with a cherry on top. Patterned paper in light colors is matted on a gray card base with a coordinating layered strip featuring the word "Wishes." Blue and white epoxy dots were added to purple gingham ribbon as an accent. And we can't forget the felt ice cream cone!
The purple blue gingham ribbon continues on the inside. Layered white cardstock and a dimensional present sticker tie it all together.
